April 12, 2022 Attorney Greg LaCost Wins Appeal in Premises Liability Lawsuit
Congratulations to Attorney Greg LaCost on winning an appellate judgement in a case in which his client fell after stepping onto a metal trench grate in the parking lot of Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
The case revolved around whether the grate posed an “open and obvious” danger, and in the appeal process, the court found that the conditions made it so the danger could not be clearly seen.
Securing this win in appellate court is a testament to the hard work that Attorney LaCost puts into every one of his cases.
