Before joining the Law Offices of R.F. Wittmeyer, Ltd., Larry gained extensive trial and litigation experience serving as a trial attorney with the Lake County Public Defender’s Office and later as staff counsel for major insurance companies. His background representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives him valuable insight when advocating on behalf of injured individuals.

Larry lives in Vernon Hills with his wife, Debbie, and is the proud father of two children and grandfather to one grandchild. He enjoys staying active through basketball, spikeball, and pickleball.

Larry is well known in the Vernon Hills community for organizing pickleball tournaments that benefit the Vernon Hills Park District Family Scholarship Fund. In recognition of his efforts, he received the Vernon Hills Park District Community Service Award in 2024.
