Ron was raised in Arlington Heights and has lived and worked in the community ever since. He and his wife, Carol, raised their two children in Arlington Heights as well. Although their children no longer live in town, Ron frequently travels to Kansas City and Indianapolis to spend time with them and his four grandchildren.
One of the highlights of each year is renting a summer beach house where the entire family gathers for a week. As Ron likes to say, the house always has to have a pool for the kids.
Ron and Carol also enjoy traveling and exploring new places together, whether visiting cities, beach towns, or mountain destinations. They enjoy hiking, discovering local history, trying new cuisine, and especially attending live music events.
Ron minored in music in college and has remained a passionate music fan ever since, particularly when it comes to live performances.
Ron has long been active in the Arlington Heights community and in organizations that support local residents and professionals.
