Mr Payne went above and beyond for me. He was caring and compassionate and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He took the time to explain what was going on and not just with a email or an assistant he would call me personally and answer my questions or concerns. This was a horrible situation to be in and he made going through it easier because I knew he was handling this part and I could concentrate on surgeries and healing. I will always be grateful to Mr Payne and all he did with my case.
