New Changes to Announce at R.F. Wittmeyer, Ltd.

In addition to our spring and summer safety tips, we’re excited to share two important updates from the firm.

New Associate Attorney: Matthew L. Hess
We are pleased to welcome Matthew L. Hess as the newest associate attorney at R.F. Wittmeyer, Ltd. Matt graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2014 and passed the Illinois Bar Exam the same year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University Chicago and is a long-time resident of the Northwest Suburbs.

Matt brings over seven years of combined experience in the legal and insurance industries. Most recently, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Sandra Tristano of Cook County’s Third Municipal District. He also clerked at the Alleman Law Firm, P.C. during law school.
We’re excited to have Matt join our team—he’s already become our in-house tech expert!

Firm Website Redesigned
We’ve launched a complete redesign of our website! The new site is more informative, user-friendly, and easier to navigate. We invite you to explore the updated design and hope you find it helpful. Visit us online at www.injurylawattys.com.

Lifeline Response App Enhances Personal Safety
Peter Cahill, Arlington Heights resident and founder of Lifeline Response, has developed a smartphone app that acts as a personal panic button in emergencies. To activate, users place their thumb on the screen. If the thumb is removed, an alarm sounds, and a call center representative contacts the user. If there’s no response, local authorities are alerted with the user’s GPS location.

The Arlington Heights Police Department has partnered with Lifeline Response to improve local safety and response efforts. The app also allows users to anonymously report non-emergency issues, helping keep 911 lines available for true emergencies.
Lifeline Response is available for $4.99/month and can be downloaded at http://llresponse.com/index.html or via your mobile app store.
