- Insurance information for all parties
- Pay stubs or employer statements showing lost wages
- Any letters or emails from insurance companies
- Names and contact information for witnesses
Your attorney will collect the rest of the necessary paperwork, including additional medical documentation, expert opinions, and accident reports.
