Marina Y. Safarov

Marina Y. Safarov concentrates her practice in personal injury law.  Marina is a companionate and zealous advocate for her clients.  Her strong conviction is that those who have suffered injuries deserve to be fairly compensated.  She also believes that maintaining open and consistent communication with her clients throughout the legal process is pivotal to achieving successful outcomes.

Prior to joining the Law Offices RF Wittmeyer, Ltd., Marina represented plaintiffs and defendants in construction accidents, premises liability, work accidents, and auto accidents.  Her unique advantage against adversaries stems from her comprehensive understanding of both sides of the legal spectrum, allowing her to anticipate and strategize in line with the opposition.

Marina graduated from The John Marshall Law School, earning her four coveted CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.  Her consistent presence on the Dean’s List during law school reflects her commitment to academic excellence.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Roosevelt University.  Marina is also fluent in Russian.

Marina is deeply involved in her community, driven by a strong sense of purpose to give back. Her participation in Outreach Community Ministries underscores her commitment to raising funds for at-risk youth and alleviating poverty. Additionally, she finds great fulfillment in offering pro bono legal advice through the Pro Bono Help Desk, extending her expertise to individuals lacking the financial means to engage an attorney or those with relatively small legal claims.  Her active role in her community church involves overseeing a sizable group of school-age children.
