Law Offices of R.F. Wittmeyer, Ltd. are proud to be sponsoring the second annual Hey Nonny Songwriting Competition. This competition will give local songwriters the opportunity to showcase their talents and creativity.
Hey Nonny staff will review every entry, the best 42 entries will be scheduled for performance at one of the three Preliminary Round events on September 5, 12, and 19. The best 4 songs from each Preliminary Round (as judged by Hey Nonny Staff and audience reaction) will be featured in the Final Round on October 4, 2023.
The final round will be judged by a team of Chicago songwriting professionals: Jenny Bienemann, Julia Miller and Miles Nielsen. Prize for best song will be $1,000 plus a performance spot (opening or headlining) at Hey Nonny. A second place prize ($400) and third place prize ($300) will also be awarded.
